In August 2023, 345 homes were sold across the region, a 5.5% increase compared to the 327 homes sold in August of 2022. The sales increase is mainly due to Prescott Valley's record-breaking month, which saw a 24.4% rise with 97 total sales.
In the Quad Cities, median sales prices increased in most areas. Prescott had the greatest gain, with a 10.6% increase to a median sold price of $605,500. Chino Valley increased by 9.3%, ending at $399,900, and Prescott Valley increased by 3.9% to $450,000. Meanwhile, Dewey-Humboldt showed no change, ending at a median sold price of $450,000.
